What to wear:
– it is better to wear something tight-fitting,
– armpits and knee pits should be covered to protect the gentle skin of those areas,
– usually, we practice with the bare feet, but you can have your socks on.
Due to the Covid-19 situation and taking into consideration your safety and health, we have introduced some changes to the functioning of our studio. We have limited the number of people in the groups. We disinfect the equipment after every yoga class. We request you to kindly skip the class if you’re not feeling okay.
We got everything that’s needed in our place. It’s not necessary to bring your own mat but obviously you can if you want to.
